Save the Date: Great Communicator Winner Announced at Sept. 26 Luncheon

Join us Friday, September 26 at 11:30 a.m. at the Halifax River Yacht Club in Daytona Beach for our Great Communicator Luncheon.

At this special event, we’ll celebrate the winner of 2025 Great Communicator Award, Cindi Lane. This top honor by the Volusia/Flagler Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association is the only local award to recognize community service plus a lifetime of achievement for communicators or public relations practitioners. Lane has more than 20 years of experience in public relations and community information. She began her career in print journalism after graduating from the University of Central Florida. She has since held significant positions in various government and educational institutions, including Stetson University, the City of Palm Coast, the Daytona Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau, Volusia County Schools, and the City of Daytona Beach Shores.
