The complex corporate separation process, coupled with the pandemic presented unique challenges for communicating effectively with employees during a critical time. In this case study, Amelia Bell, APR, CPRC, will present strategies for communicating with employees when your world is upside-down.

Cost for members is $30, non-member cost is $40, students are $15 and virtual option is $10.
Amelia Bell, APR, CPRC is the communications manager for RTI Surgical where she is responsible for the company’s corporate and marketing communications including internal communications, media relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Throughout her career, Amelia has worked with public and private organizations to motivate external audiences to action, promote events, launch new products and inspire employees. A long-time FPRA member, Amelia is a Past-President of the Gainesville Chapter, was a member of the inaugural class of LeadershipFPRA and is a recipient of FPRA’s Doris Fleishmann award. Amelia received a master’s degree in mass communication and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida.
